How can I login and view my transactions?
If you need to view any transaction history or pending transactions, you will need to login to your account. The steps are as follows:
- Click Buy/Sell Crypto on the top left of our website.
- Click the two lines on the top right, this will open a menu.
- From the menu select transaction history.
- If you are not already logged in, you will be required to enter your email.
- You may be asked to verify a code that will be sent to your email.
- Once you are logged in you will see Transaction History, where you can view any transactions.

How do i update the phone number registered to my account?
If you have changed your mobile number and need to update the phone number registered to your account, you will need to send us an email with a phone bill proving that the current number is yours, and an updated phone bill for your new number. For this we will need you to contact support@walzter.io.
How can I change my email?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your email address in the existing account.
However, if there is such a need, please contact our support on info@waltzer.io. to delete your account. After that, feel free to create a new account with a different email.
Please note: you will not be able to create an account with the email that you used previously.
How can I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, you will not be able to carry this out yourself. You will need to email us to info@waltzer.io and we will have your account deleted within 24 hours. Once your account has been deleted, we will communicate this to you via email.
